  • Donors will receive a valid receipt via email, which can be used to claim tax benefits.
  • The donor is responsible for providing accurate information (such as PAN, full name, and address) to avail of the exemption.

  • Donor data is collected, stored, and used as per our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
5. Payment Gateway
  • All donations are processed through secure and certified third-party payment gateways.
  • PMJM Welfare Foundation is not liable for any issues arising from payment gateway errors or failed transactions.
